5.4 Attempting to exploit promotions through multi-accounting, collusion, or technical manipulation will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and account suspension.
6.1 Each game and betting market available on the 2pk365 Platform is governed by individual game rules displayed within the respective game or market interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules prevail in respect of that specific game.
6.2 2pk365 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all virtual games. Live dealer games use physical equipment under supervised studio conditions. Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform.
6.3 In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system malfunction during a game or sports bet, 2pk365 will resolve the affected round in accordance with its published game malfunction policy. Bets placed during a confirmed malfunction may be voided.
6.4 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets, including PSL cricket, T20 internationals, UFC, and other events, are subject to 2pk365's sportsbook rules. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed in the betting interface. 2pk365 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void bets at its discretion where market integrity concerns arise.

11.2 2pk365 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. 2pk365 will not be liable for any loss arising from such interruptions.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 2pk365's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
12.1 2pk365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspected problem gambling where player welfare is at risk, or failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
12.2 Upon closure of an account for any reason, any verified remaining real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances are not returned upon account closure unless otherwise required by applicable law.
12.3 You may close your 2pk365 account at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed in accordance with our Responsible Gaming policy.
